The story of a Pak Choi from Seed to Harvest

This is the planting cycle of the lovely Pak Choi. The crop is grown from seed in our polytunnels in module seed trays, watered and grown for about 6 weeks before it is planted out in the soil in the tunnels. The crop is then weeded and when ready and mature it then is harvested on the morning of your hamper fresh and full of nutrients.

This is the order of the process

Step 3 The crop before it emerges- watered and ready to germinate - just needs warmth oh and time!

Step 4 The crop emerged about a week old

Step 5 The seedling ready for planting

Step 6 The crop growing

Step 7 The finished harvested crop ready for cooking
